Catching some rays

Can you believe this horrible view? This is what I had to look at for 4 hours while I drank some beer attempting to get a tan.
Remember they look better if you click the image.

Hope living it up in the Keys

I promise I did not drink too much, but I think I look great.
Chad even grabbed a real estate magazine, we are moving. WHATEVER, maybe when I am 65 and I don't need to wait tables for $50.00 an hour to live here.

Coffee from the Balcony

Chad had coffee and a view this morning from our balcony. That is until some guy drove his boat into to another boat two times. The boat he hit (bottom right corner) before driving away appeared not to have any damage, it still went out for the day.

Welcome to Key West says Chad

Well, we never did catch the sun but the cocktail was slow. Chad is happy with a cigar and a Key Lime Martini, who can say what a better way to start a vacation.

Cheers and welcome to Key West!

Live band on a balcony over looking million dollar yachts. : )

Mom and Dad I love you for the rehab. (My nervous breakdown was short but long to me.) I love you and Chad say props to you. XOXO

Travel to the Keys

So Saint Martin it isn't but my Mom and Dad did just as good of a job with this one. Here is the road to our vacation, gateway to the keys. Chasing the sun and a cocktail is the way to begin.

Early Thanksgiving with Friends

Third year running, we believe that holidays are not just for family but for friends as well. Every year the weekend prior to thanksgiving we all bring food and drink and enjoy the company of those that we spend most our year with. Here is a picture of the third pre-Thanksgiving celebration of friends.

Halloween in Wilmington

Every one has to go home at some time, my time was for Halloween. This is a picture of me, Chad, our friend Shawn and our other friend Meredith. This was a Halloween party in downtown Wilmington at a bar called the Goat and the Compass.
I am off again soon so stay tuned.

Chad makes it to Poland

So Chad finally made it over, he wasn't able to see much. He thought it was a little to cold for him. This picture is from the bar on the 40th floor of the Marriott. The view is beautiful, you can see all of Warsaw. At night the view is breathtaking.

Traditional Polish Food

We finally had a chance to go to an old style Polish food restaurant. There was enough food there to feed a small village. There were about 10 plates of meat (as seen here) for about 40 people. Then there were 10 plates of fish, steak tartare, cold meat, cheese, baskets of bread, bowls of salad and so much more before desert.
You will all be very happy to hear that I tried a lot of these foods; however, if anything resembled liver I stayed away. So did I try the tartare? Yes, as for how it tasted - just how it smells!

Early night at the hotel

After a long night last night, up until 1 AM, we are calling it an early night today. We have to be up by 6 and in Pimp my taxi by 7. Here is a picture of the sunset from my hotel room. The view at night is beautiful, wish I could get a picture to come out.
See you all soon, I love the comments and miss you all so much. Eleven days left but whose counting, Chad gets here in 5! : )
